Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This app is a private, invitation-only tool for the team of Pattern House Realty Group in Helena, Montana. It is used to manage real estate transactions, listings, documents, deadlines and schedules. This page explains, in plain language, what information we handle and how we treat it.

Google sign-in

To sign in, we use "Sign in with Google." Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can confirm you are on the team. Only people who have been invited by Kyle or Troy can sign in; everyone else sees a message asking them to ask for an invitation.

Google Calendar access

If you choose to connect your calendar, the app can:

  • read basic information about your Google account (your name and email address);
  • read calendar events on the calendar you connect, so the app can notice if a deadline event was moved or deleted in Google Calendar;
  • create and update events on a separate calendar the app creates for your deadlines, so your schedule shows up in the calendar you already use.

The app never reads the rest of your calendar contents for any other purpose, never writes to calendars other than the one it creates for you, and never emails anyone from your account.

What we use your data for

Everything the app stores or reads is used only to show each person their own work — their files, deadlines, documents, messages and schedule — and to write deadline events to the calendar they connected. Nothing else.

We never sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information or your Google data with anyone. It is not used for advertising. It is not transferred to third parties except for the service providers that run the app itself (hosting, database and email delivery), which process it only on our behalf.

How your data is stored

Your information is stored securely in an encrypted database that only the Pattern House team can reach. Calendar connections are stored as encrypted credentials on our servers and are never exposed in your browser. Access inside the app is limited by role: agents see only their own files, and only Kyle and Troy have full access.

Removing access anytime

You can disconnect the app from your Google account at any time. Inside the app, use the Disconnect button in Settings → Google Calendar, which removes the stored connection. You can also revoke access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting removes the app's access to your calendar immediately; any events the app already created stay on your calendar until you delete them.

If you leave the team, ask Kyle and he will remove your account and data. We may keep records we are required to keep for business or legal reasons.
