These terms cover the Pattern House Realty Group transaction manager, a private tool for the Pattern House Realty Group team in Helena, Montana. It is not a public service and is not offered to the general public.
Only invited team members may use the app. Accounts are created by invitation from Kyle or Troy. If you sign in with a Google account that has not been invited, you will not be able to get in. Do not share your account with anyone else.
The app helps the team manage real estate transactions, listings, documents, deadlines, tasks, messages and marketing content. It also connects to Follow Up Boss and, if you choose to connect it, your own Google Calendar.
Google sign-in is used only to confirm who you are. Calendar access is optional and separate: the app only touches your calendar if you connect it yourself, and only to show you your schedule and keep deadline events up to date. You can disconnect at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for the information you put into the app and for the work you do in it. The app is a coordination tool, not a source of legal, tax or compliance advice. Deadlines, dates and reminders in the app are aids — always confirm critical dates against your contracts.
We work to keep the app running well, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, outages or changes to outside services can interrupt it. Nothing in the app is a backup; keep your own records of anything important.
We may update the app and these terms. When we leave the team, or if an account is misused, Kyle may remove that person's access. We may also delete data belonging to closed accounts after a reasonable period.
